Scrap Ballerina Girls by Brandy- BLT Designz .You can find it Here.

Mask_11 by Bev- HorsePlays Pastures Here
Open new image 750 x 700 with a light grey background or your color of choice.
Open BLT_BG_Frame6 copy paste as new layer. Using Magic wand click inside let frame.
Selections Modify Expand by 5.Add new layer.
Open BLT_BG_PP17 copy paste into selection deselect.Drag beaneth frame layer.
Repeat for right frame this time I used BLT_BG_PP13.
Open BLT_BG_Ballerina1 copy paste below frame layer adjust size to fit. Image Mirror
then add a drop shadow.
Open BLT_BG_Balerina2 copy paste above frame layer adjust size to fit arrange to your liking.
Open BLT_BG_Flower5 copy paste as new layer resize by42% arrange in center of frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Open BLT_BG_CharmBraclet copy paste as new layer arrange at bottom of frame.
Use your Pick tool to fit frame. Add a drop shadow.
Open BLT_BG_Tutu2 copy paste arrange at top of frame resize by 35% add a drop shadow.
Open BLT_BG_MusicNotes copy paste as new layer arrange at top of frame add a drop shadow.
Open BLT_BG_Flower6 copy paste resize by 30% arrange at bottom of charmbraclet. Duplicate Image Mirror. Add a drop shadow to both flowers.
Open BLT_BG_BlingBead copy paste arrange on left of frame edge. Using your Pick tool to adjust size. Duplicate Image Mirror, add drop shadow to both layers.
Click on background layer Selections select all.
Open BLT_BG_PP8 copy then paste into selection-deselect.Apply mask merge merge group.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop.
